Become a Festival Vendor

We’d love to have you.

The Festival is a great opportunity for high-quality vendors of handmade arts and crafts. All arts vendors are juried, ensuring that you'll be in good company. The price for most 10' x 10' booths, including a canopy, is $475; discounts are offered to local businesses, organizations and craftspeople. Further discounts are available to 501(c)(3) nonprofits, or to vendors supplying their own canopies.

Vendor applications are now accepted online.

Booth Pricing

All areas of the festival receive a generous amount of foot traffic. When applying you can request placement on a specific street (see the map), though we can't guarantee we'll be able to satisfy every request -- if not, we'll do our best to assign you a space that best suits your offerings and the festival activity in the vicinity.

Premium booth spaces are still available for the 2020 festival.

For vendors for whom the direction of the sun is a concern in making your street selection, we've provided an aerial view with the path and angles of the sun marked out.

Vendors requesting shared booths must use a festival-supplied canopy.

Shared Booths

We accept applications for vendors wishing to share a single booth. This can be a good opportunity small aritists or craftspeople to show their work while splitting the cost of the booth with another complementary vendor.

Each vendor for a shared booth is considered separately. Each vendor hoping to share a booth must submit an individual application. If you know with whom you would like to share a booth, it is very important that you include this information on your application; we cannot guarantee sharing requests made after the time of application.

If you do not know another vendor with whom to share a booth, you may submit an application indicating your preference to share a booth; however, we cannot guarantee availability. Applicants requesting to be matched with another vendor will be assigned a shared booth on a first-come, first-served basis.
