Don't take our word for it — move.com calls Glen Park one of San Francisco's "great neighborhoods" — the kind that makes The City such a rewarding place to live. It's ethnically, socially and culturally diverse. It's friendly — the kind of place where business owners recognize and greet neighborhood children, and where the bookstore owner knows you by name and recommends books he thinks you'll like. It's a village within a city and it's one of the hottest real estate markets in town.
The Glen Park Festival brings this neighborhood together in a dual cause: camaraderie and community support. The Festival raises funds that go back into the neighborhood as grants to programs that benefit the children of Glen Park.
Thanks to the generous contributions of our donors, we were able to put on a very successful 2011 festival. Proceeds from the 2011 Festival helped fund a new indoor play structure at a local preschool, and a new reading curriculum, a new math specialist, basketball and gardening equipment, and a new refrigerator for cooking projects at various local elementary schools. The Festival association also donated to the assistance funds for the families of Lt. Vincent Perez and Fireman Anthony Valerio of Diamond Heights Station 26. The Festival is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit, and all contributions are tax-deductible.
Please join with us as a Sponsor (cash donation of $50 or more), Major Sponsor (cash donation of $500 or more), or In-Kind Donor (donation of goods or services). The Festival is volunteer-run, with little overhead, so your contribution will be well-used.
Donations of any size are welcome. We will acknowledge all sponsors on this website and in the Festival program. Major sponsors (see categories below) at the Silver Leaf sponsorship level and above will have their company logo displayed in the event program/posters and their company name (with a link to business website) on the Glen Park Festival web site. Gold and Platinum Leaf sponsors will also have their company logo displayed on the festival website and posters. Gold Leaf sponsors are entitled to a table in one of our shared sponsor booths and Platinum Leaf sponsors are entitled to a full booth. Platinum Leaf sponsors can also have their company banner (supplied by the donor) displayed on the main stage.

You can also support the festival with an online donation -- just use the button below and follow the instructions.
We provide the same considerations (acknowledgement on our website, our unending gratitude) for donations made online as through other means. Even small donations are gladly accepted. However, if you'd like to donate at one of our formal sponsorship levels (see above), please contact our sponsor coordinator as well, so we can be sure you get properly acknowledged.
Donations via Paypal can use a credit card (processed by Paypal itself), or your Paypal account if you have one and choose to use it.
Donations via Google Checkout can use credit cards or direct debits from your checking account, but require that you sign into your Google Account first.
From cash to raffle prizes to balloons, the Festival turns to community donors for a range of goods and services that enable us to keep our costs down, and our community grants up!
Please consider donating a raffle prize. Tickets, wine, trips, an iPod, perhaps? We like to think big, but we will appreciate and acknowledge your gift of any size. Donors will be listed on this website, in the Festival program, and at the Festival booth.
